Released in 2022, the RAID Xe from Wilcox Industries is the first real challenger in the world of VCSEL powered, open market eye safe infrared devices. The RAID Xe is compact, lightweight, and aligns the emitter array directly over the bore of your chosen platform. It features numerous advanced features never before available to the world of eye safe lasers, including adjustable output power levels, an onboard micro LED display and shot counter, diagnostics, and more. The RAID Xe represents the future of high end infrared laser and illumination.
The RAID Xe is marketed by Wilcox Industries as a ‘High Power’ restricted variants and a ‘Low Power’ unrestricted variant, but we can assure you that the RAID Xe is anything but low power. It’s VCSEL powered output is the most we’ve seen in any open market device, and its feature set is also the most advanced including beam divergence adjustment, dual IR flood illuminators, output power level settings, onboard computer and menu system, and more.
