The Variarc is our preferred helmet light mounting option here at Nocturnality. The ‘VS” velcro attach version is universal in terms of helmet compatibility as long as you have some velcro on your helmet shell – it attaches extremely strong, reducing the worry on possible unintentional detachment. However, for those of you without velcro or who prefer something with a direct-attach, the standard Variarc can attach to your helmet rail while still providing the same rotation feature so you can point your light where you need it.
